Shipping & Delivery
At Designs And Styles we have negotiated reduced shipping rates with our carriers to bring our customers lower shipping costs and reduced delivery times. To find out what delivery will cost for an item, simply add the item to your cart (click "Add To Cart" button) and select your state and enter your zip code in the "Estimate Shipping And Tax" area of your cart. Next click the "Get A Quote" button and delivery cost to your area will be calculated.

Most items that are in-stock or ready for drop ship, will ship within 3 to 4 weeks. All antiques unless specified will ship within 8 to 10 weeks. All custom made and special order items will be quoted in the item description or at the time of purchase.

Returns
ALL SALES ARE FINAL – For non-defective goods, where no error has been made on our part please contact us by phone at (602) 272-5414. All sales are final, but at our discretion, based on our evaluation of your circumstances we may authorize a return. Designs And Styles reserves the right to make the final determination for all requests for returns on non-defective goods, our decision is final. Goods returned with our permission, subject to our inspection, will be accepted for credit less a 20% restocking fee. Returned merchandise must be freight prepaid by the customer. All goods must be returned undamaged, unused, and in its original packaging. Designs And Styles will not accept the return of goods that have been used, cut, damaged, installed or altered in any way.

Do not return any merchandise for any reason without first calling us at (602) 272-5414. All unauthorized returns will be refused at our dock.

All orders for custom made merchandise are non-refundable and non-cancelable from the time of purchase.

Absolutely no returns on any goods after 30 days from day of purchase
Pricing
While we try to ensure accuracy, we reserve the right to correct any errors in pricing or descriptions, and to cancel or refuse to accept any order based on an incorrect price or description. Total pricing includes both products and shipping charges, minus any authorized redeemable coupons or special offers. Product Descriptions
Designs And Styles attempts to be as accurate as possible when describing our products. However, neither Designs And Styles nor the Site Brands warrant that product descriptions or other content available on the Site is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. Sales Tax
Arizona residents and customers picking up their merchandise must pay 8.3% sales tax unless tax exempt. All orders shipped outside of Arizona are tax free.
Payments
Because the majority of our products are special order or one-of-a-kind, a 50% deposit is required at the time the order is placed. If your merchandise is not in stock a special order will be placed immediately, thereby guaranteeing the price you were quoted. Cancellations
ALL SALES ARE FINAL. At Designs And Styles discretion, based on our evaluation of your circumstances we may authorize an order cancellation. All cancellations on in stock orders will be assessed a 20% restocking fee. All custom or special orders cancelled will not be refunded their initial deposit of 50%. Orders that have already shipped will fall under the policies as stated in the RETURN POLICY.
